As human beings, each of us is different and unique. We all respond to and cope with things in very different ways.
You will have your own reasons about why you want to embark on therapy. You may be low in mood due to changes or personal losses that have occurred. It could be that you feel anxious or stuck in your life, or that you are living a life that is not true to you. At times people want to make more sense of difficult or challenging life challenges. You may find that you are no longer sure what you actually want at this point, and just need space to explore and re-evaluate.
